The Greater Point Pleasant Charter Boat Association sponsors of Tuna Mania have collaborated with the Ann E. Clark Foundation to deploy the boat, Carters Creek, on the Manasquan Inlet Reef. The Boat is a 140 foot long by 35 feet wide and 36 feet high Bunker boat. The total cost to deploy the vessel is $140,000.00, Greater Point Pleasant Charter Boat Association will donate $70,000.00 and the Ann E. Clark Foundation will also donate $70,000.00. The vessel is currently located in Norfolk, VA. The target date for deployment on the Manasquan Inlet will be in mid-May 2021.

This will be the third deployment on the Manasquan Inlet Reef by the Greater Point Pleasant Charter Boat Association. This will also be the 31 deployment the Greater Point Pleasant Charter Boat Association has made on New Jersey Artificial reef program. The deployments are the results of the organization past fishing Tournaments.
